ZIS Overview
Zecotek Imaging Systems Pte Ltd (“ZIS") is a subsidiary of Zecotek Photonics Inc.
ZIS develops and commercializes breakthrough products for imaging applications. ZIS medical imaging products aim towards higher resolution, more detailed diagnoses and faster patient throughput - resulting in improved patient outcomes. Non-medical applications include: gamma ray detectors for homeland security, environmental monitoring, industrial control systems and high-energy physics.

ZIS imaging products include:
  • LFS - a patented, high performance, series of scintillation crystals for use in medical imaging and industrial applications.
  • Micro-pixel Avalanche Photo Diodes (MAPD) – a series of state of the art products designed to replace current vacuum tube based photo multiplier tubes (PMT) in PET scanners.
  • PET-MRI subsystems and components - to enable the fusion of PET and MRI technologies within one assembly. Zecotek’s objective is the simultaneous integration of real-time high-resolution anatomic and metabolic images for enhanced diagnostics and improved patient outcomes.
