Mr. Azim Dahya
Acting Chief Financial Officer

Azim Dahya, BSc, CGA, is the acting Chief Financial Officer of Zecotek Photonics Inc.  With over thirteen years of senior level positions in management, finance, tax and accounting in public and private companies, Mr. Dahya joined Zecotek as the Company’s senior financial controller in 2006. He was appointed as a corporate secretary on June 13, 2007 and after a year became an acting Chief Financial Officer.  In 2002, he established Advanced Tax Services Inc., a successful consulting, public accounting and tax practice which provides corporate finance, accounting, tax, strategic planning, budgeting, information technology and organizational development and management consulting to a wide range of industries.  Mr. Dahya has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Nairobi, and is a Certified General Accountant whose leadership, mentoring and advisory experience is not limited to his staff but spans globally across different cultures and people in Canada, US, Asia and Africa.
